So since New Moon came out today, I've been seeing mixed reviews, about the movie and about the series. My opinion is Stephanie Meyer writes well, but isn't the best, but certainly better than a lot of authors I've read.

Personally if you want a great read, go to fanfiction.net. The writing I've ever seen is on there.

Also, I like both vampire "versions" Now before you lash at me here me out.

I always thought it was stupid for vampires not to be able to go into sunlight, it just doesn't make sense. To get the most the feed on you need to go into daylight like most humans do. Well that's just my opinion.

I agree that the characters are a bit mary-sue, but come on their vampires for crying out loud! Plus it's the twenty-first century, what did you expect?

They already we're indestructible against bullets, and most animals/humans.

Also most vampire's besides the Cullens are exactly like your precious vampire myths, it's stated several times.

She also got the old feud of Vamps VS Werewolves (which are technically shape-shifters, but that's for you to agrue with me on)

Yeah that's it for now. I won't say Twilight Saga is my favorite read, cause it's now. I will say though that docking someone for putting a fresh (and let's not forget the cullens says several times that they are different from normal vampires)
